1. Shipping location and delivery time
   Shipment location: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Malta.
   Processing time: Orders will be reviewed, stocked and dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after being placed (holidays may be postponed).
   Logistics cooperation: We cooperate with multiple international logistics companies to ensure the safe delivery of packages.
2. Delivery range and cost
   Global delivery: Supports most countries/regions. The system will automatically calculate the shipping fee at checkout.
   Free shipping threshold: Within Malta, orders over €50 are exempt from standard shipping fees. International order shipping fees are calculated in real time based on the destination.
3. Logistics tracking and inquiry
   After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the logistics tracking number and tracking link (sent to your registered email address).
   If you do not receive shipping notice within 30 days, please contact herear@sladiesclothes.com immediately.
4. Customs and Taxes
   International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes, which shall be borne by the recipient themselves.
   It is recommended to check the customs policies of the destination in advance to avoid delays.
5. Delay and After-sales Service
   Force majeure: Extreme weather, customs clearance delays, etc. may cause delivery time to be extended. We apologize for any inconvenience.
   After-sales support: If the package is lost or damaged, please contact us with proof within 7 days after signing for it for handling.
